Everyone is welcome at our auctions! We are located at 303 Main Street Loganville , on the corner of GA20 (Main Street) & Hwy 78. You may look at our merchandise any time during normal business hours prior to the auction. There is no charge for you to register as a bidder nor do you have to place bids on this website to attend our auctions. If you are a reseller you MUST bring your sales tax license with you. We will keep it on file so you will not have to bring it each time you attend. Sales tax will be assessed if you do not have a resale tax number – NO EXCEPTIONS! Payments And Removal Of Merchandise All merchandise must be paid for the night of the auction, with exception of internet bidders. Internet bidders have 72 hours from the close of the auction to make payment. We accept cash, checks and up to $1000 on Master Card and Visa. Come ready to haul. There will be staff here on the day following the auction from 9 to 4 to help you load. No refunds will be issued for any merchandise left over 72 hours in our building. We make no guarantees that we will not re-sell or discard merchandise left in our building over 72 hours. This applies to Internet Bidding as well unless prior arrangements are made. |
